John Randy Turk

John Randy Turk, age 65, of Gainesville, GA passed away on Tuesday July 4, 2023, of natural causes.

Mr. Turk worked for Hall County Sheriff's Office as a jailer. Later, because of failing health, he was on disability until his death. Mr. Turk was predeceased in death by his grandparents, J.L. and Paralee Roberts, John and Faye Turk.

He left behind to cherish his memory, his loving parents, John and Annette Turk, brother, Steve (Vickie) Turk, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friend, Randy Nieft.

Randy will be forever in our hearts. A Celebration of Life will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Monday July 10, 2023, at Poplar Springs Baptist Church.  Pastor Matthew Vandegriff and Joel Trigg will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., prior to the service at the church. A private burial will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Poplar Springs Baptist Church or your favorite charity.
