Horace Franklin “Frank” Smith, Jr.

Mr. Horace Franklin “Frank” Smith, Jr. 59, of Gainesville, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2023.

A Visitation will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Thursday, August 3, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Born on January 21, 1964 in Gainesville, he was the son of the late Horace Franklin Smith, Sr. and the late Charlotte Millwood Smith. Mr. Smith was a graduate of Johnson High School Class of 1983. He was a retired Firefighter-Paramedic with the Hall County Fire Services.

Mr. Smith is survived by his son and daughter in law, Dustin and Jessica Smith of Dawsonville; grandchildren, Easton Smith of Dawsonville, Kason Smith of Dawsonville and a number of other loving relatives and friends.
