Trina Sue Perkins

Mrs. Trina Sue Perkins, 54, of Gainesville, passed away, Saturday, August 12, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 16, 2023 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Chaplain Dennis Doug will officiate. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Born on December 15, 1968 in Parkersburg, WV, she was the daughter of the late Jim Wilcoxen and the late Helen Smyth Wilcoxen. She was a Kindergarten teacher at Dacula Elementary School.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Perkins was preceded in death by her son, Nathan Crawford and brother in law, Randy Brannon.

Mrs. Perkins is survived by her husband, Michael Perkins of Gainesville; daughters, Kaitlyn Le (Justin) of Braselton, Lyndsey Recalde (Patrick) of Holly Ridge, NC; stepson, John Perkins of Bremerton, WA; sisters, Tina Brannon and Tia Brown (Roger) of Parkersburg, WV; nieces, Christie Willis (Jeremy), Melody McLean (Mark) and daughter Brooklyn; nephew, Eric Brown (Cathey) and children Aurora and Augie
