Kenneth Douglas Loggins

Kenneth Douglas Loggins, age 68 of Murrayville entered heaven with his family by his side on Saturday August 26, 2023.

Kenneth was born in Gainesville on July 30, 1955 to the late J.D. & Virginia Brookshire Loggins. He retried from Georgia Department of Transportation as a supervisor. He was a member of the New Holland Congregational Holiness Church and was preceded in death by his sister, Eloise Thomas.

Left to Cherish precious memories, wife, Kathy Loggins; son, Ken Marvin (Joann) Loggins; daughter, Karen (Brent) Carder; sisters, Margaret Thomas & Elaine Turpin; 8 grandchildren, Josh (Crystal Lynn) Loggins, Erica Loggins, Kimberly Loggins, Justin Loggins, Isaac (Olivia) Pass & Lexie Loggins; a number of nieces, nephews & other relatives also survive.

Funeral services honoring Kenneth will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday Sept. 1, 2023 at the Ward's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dennis Duck, Rev. Bob Garrett & Rev. Lamar Murphy officiating. Burial will follow in the Wahoo Baptist Church Cemetery with Mr. Brent Carder officiating.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until service time Friday Sept. 1, 2023 at the funeral home.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers that you may make donations to them to offset some of the final expense cost. The family also wants to thank Mr. & Mrs. Troy Bennett & Hospice of Northeast Georgia & Pallative care for the amazing care they gave Kenneth.
