Debbie Raines Phillips

Debbie Raines Phillips, age 62, of Jefferson, GA passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023.  She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Raines.  Mrs. Phillips is survived by her sons, Damon Burke of Hoschton, GA, Brian Burke of Auburn, GA; granddaughter, Samantha Burke; mother, Joyce Coggins Eubanks of Sugar Hill, GA; step father, William Eubanks of Sugar Hill; brother, Ben (Crissy) Gravitt of Talmo, GA; former husband, Mitch Phillips of Jefferson; and numerous other relatives. She was born on December 1, 1960 in Buford, GA and received her education at Buford High School.  Mrs. Phillips was a homemaker.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at Flanigan Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
