Kenneth Robert Frederickson

Mr. Kenneth Robert Frederickson, age 75, of Sautee, passed away Saturday, November 05, 2023. 

Mr. Frederickson was born March 4, 1947 in Oregon City, Oregon to the late Kenneth Richard and Marjorie Birkby Frederickson.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Wayne Frederickson, and William Frederickson.

Mr. Frederickson served in the United States Marine Corp from 1969 until 1989, until his retirement.  He served in Vietnam from 1969 until 1971.  During his military service, he received the Humanitarian Service Medal, 2 Purple Hearts, the Bronze Star, the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the Vietnam Service Medal. Mr. Frederickson served as Vice-President of the Northeast Georgia Veterans Society. 

Survivors include wife, Sandra Kaye Frederickson; son, Kenneth Scott Frederickson (Tracy); grandchildren, Brittany Frederickson, Katie Frederickson, Robby Frederickson, and Tanner Gardenier; and niece, Debra Frederickson Klinghoffer. 

Memorial services will be held at 2 PM Friday, December 1, 2023, from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home.
