Joy MaeLee Adcock

Joy MaeLee Adcock, age 36, of Cleveland, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023.

Mrs. Adcock was born on May 12, 1987, in Gainesville, Florida, to Albert and Angel Royster.  She worked at Truett McConnell University as kitchen director and a member of Cleveland Worship Center.  Joy was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Don and Ella Richie.

Survivors include her husband, Travis Adcock; son, Dason Adcock; daughters, Aubriella Adcock and Nya Adcock; parents, Albert and Angel Royster; sister and brother-in-law, Amy and Joel Gabhart; nephew, Gavin Gabhart; niece, Alexis Gabhart; paternal grandparents, Ralph and Marcia Royster; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jack and Judy Ewing; numerous extended family and friends also survive.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 18, 2023, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home.  The Rev. Marc Turner will officiate.  A livestream of the service can be viewed at https://vimeo.com/event/3964836
