Alpha Sue King

Alpha Sue King, age 78, of Dawsonville, GA passed away on Friday, December 21, 2023. She was preceded in death by parents, William “Billy” and Francis Bryant Wiley; sisters, Faye Buice and Ann Buice; Winston King; and son, Mark King. Ms. King is survived by son, Phil (Angie) King; grandchildren, Melanie (Tyler) Goode and Tony (Danielle) King; great grandchildren, Brynleigh Goode, Bryce Goode, Camden King, and Ava King; sisters, Holly (Phillip) Bagwell and Linda (John) Wade. Ms. King was born in Oakwood, GA on June 23, 1945. She was a seamstress and homemaker, and she was a member of Island Ford Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Island Ford Baptist Church with Rev. Tyler Goode and Rev. David Pruitt officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and again on Thursday, December 28 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
