David Robert Sims

David Robert Sims, 64, of Murrayville died Monday December 18, 2023, at his residence.

Memorial services will be held Saturday January 13, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.

A lifelong resident of Hall County, David was the son of the late Frances Sims and Robert Sims.  He was a graduate of North Hall High School Class of 1977.  David was a member of Central Baptist Church.

Survivors include his father and stepmother, Robert and Martha Sims, Blairsville, brother, Donald Sims, Murrayville, and aunt, Mary Woody, Gainesville.

David is preceded in death by his mother, Frances and uncle, Paul Sims.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial contributions please be made to one's favorite charity in memory of David.
