Tammy Lynn Laster

Mrs. Tammy Lynn Laster, age 56 of Ellijay passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Piedmont Atlanta.  Mrs. Laster was born in Catoosa to the late, Lewis Eugene and Glenda Sue Gilreath Smith.  Mrs. Laster was a retired store clerk.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Laster was also preceded in death by her husband, Joe Will Laster.

Mrs. Laster is survived by her children, Amanda Roberts (Adam) of Pendergrass, Josh Smith (Sherry) of Nicholson, Valeria Williams (Rocky) of Mt. Airy, Sabrina Allred (James) of Pendergrass, and Brittney Smith of Hoschton; brothers, Lamar Smith of Commerce and Chris Smith of Ellijay; sisters, Carol Smith of Ellijay and Darlene Gooch of Jasper; grandchildren, Ava, Addison, Aiken, Harley Kate, Avery, Mason, Zachary, Brantlee, and Bo.

Funeral service will be held Sunday, Feb. 18^th at 3 PM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Karl Mealor officiating with the interment following at Grey Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 1-3 PM.
