Mary C. Allison

Mary C. Allison of Gainesville passed away on February 13, 2024.  She was the daughter of the late A.M. Cheek and Mamie Marie George Cheek. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, her husband of 68 years, Jack Allison, and her precious granddaughter, Michele Gilbert.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Andrea and Johnny Gilbert, Pam and Ronnie Weeks, Sheila and Bradley Dunckel, son and daughter-in-law, Darwin and Judy Allison. Mrs. Allison is also survived by nine grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mary had been a member of Central Baptist Church since 1957.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Celestine Winters, her caregiver of three years, and to Hospice of Northeast Georgia.

Visitation will be held Saturday February 17, 2024, at Little & Davenport Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
