Theodora Lamel Pitt

Theodora Lamel Pitt, age 93, of Suwanee, GA passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Morton Pitt; daughter, Bryna Brook; son, Adam Pitt.  Mrs. Pitt is survived by her son-in-law, Martin Brooks of Buford, GA; daughter-in-law, Dana Pitt of Alpharetta, GA; grandchildren, Danielle Brook of Buford, Kyle Pitt of Alpharetta, Jordan Pitt of Alpharetta, Erin Pitt of Alpharetta; brother, Howard (Sheila) Lamel; sister, Barbara Lamel; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.  She was born on March 18, 1930 in Brooklyn, NY and graduated from High School in Brooklyn.  Mrs. Pitt was a retired accountant from Oakdale Lumber Co. in Long Island, NY.  She was of the Jewish faith.  The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 10, 2024, at Flanigan Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Inurnment will occur at a later date at the Arlington Memorial Park located in Sandy Springs, GA.
