Tate was born September 15, 1957. He came to rest March 4, 2024. He was 66 years old. He battled cancer for an extended time.
He was an Electrician and ran a business for many years. He was also a musician and artist. He served in the US Navy and loved nature and animals. He was well known for his sharp witted spirit.
He was preceded in death by his father, Tate Carter Odom, Sr.; mother, Jeraldine Odom; and recently his brother-in-law, Todd Joiner. Mr. Odom is survived by his daughter, Nicole Odom Strahan; grandsons, Carter and Cayden Strahan; sister, Susan Graham Joiner; nephew, Derek Graham; great-nephews, Tristan and Zane Graham; and other family members and friends.
He will be dearly missed among many of the lives he touched.
A Celebration of Life will be set for early Spring, 2024.
