Jordan Douglas Banks

Mr. Jordan Douglas Banks, age 28 of Flowery Branch, passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at Memorial Park South Chapel with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery. Pastor Brian Hall will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Jordan was born March 31, 1996 to Douglas & Karen Knight Banks in Gainesville, Georgia. A 2014 graduate of Flowery Branch High School, he went on to work as a boat tech with T & S Marine Inc. and was a member of Chestnut Mountain Church. He loved fishing and wood working.

Jordan is survived by his parents, Doug & Karen Banks of Flowery Branch; brother, Jacob Banks of Flowery Branch; grandmother, Annie Ruth Banks of Demorest; aunts & uncles, Randy (Regina) Coker of Clarksville, Roger (Denise) Williams of Clarksville, Rodney (Paige) Knight of Gainesville, & Allen (Cindy) Holcomb of Demorest; uncle, Larry Coker of Clarksville; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Vermon Banks; maternal grandparents, Odell & Doris Coker; and maternal grandfather, Robert Knight.
