Mrs. Ruby Dean Wallace, 63, of Gainesville, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2024 at her residence.

The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home Thursday, May 23, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Born on February 3, 1961 in Gainesville, she was the daughter of Jessie B. Jackson and Marrell Moon. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Wallace was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie B. and Marrell Jackson; brother, Jessie James Jackson, Jr. and sister, Mary Ellen Jackson.

Mrs. Wallace is survived by her husband, Roosevelt Wallace, Jr. of Gainesville; daughters, Shunta Dupree Evans, Rhonda Dupree Evans of Gainesville; son, Leonard Dupree Evans of Rome; sister, Teresa Jackson Martin of Commerce; brother, Joel Jackson of Braselton; sister, Karen Vanessa Jackson of SC; granddaughters, Hanna Mitchell, Lily Mitchell and a number of other loving relatives.
