Joanne Santoro

Joanne Santoro, age 72, passed away on May 14, 2024 at her home in Johns Creek, Georgia.  Joanne was born on March 18, 1952, in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Sebastian and Jesse (Alpine) Badagliacca.  She was raised in North Tarrytown, New York and graduated from Sleepy Hollow High School in 1970.  She would go on to graduate from Westchester Community College.  She worked for many years as a Licensed Practical Nurse in both New York and in Georgia.  Joanne married Michael A. Santoro, on July 8, 1972.  They were devoted to each other until his passing in 2018.  She will continue to be loved by her many family members and friends.  She is survived by her children, Michael (Stephanie) Santoro of Marietta, Georgia, Jaclyn (Thomas) Kreutzer of Lawrenceville, Georgia, Kathryn (Joseph) McCoy of Las Vegas, Nevada, William Santoro of Johns Creek, Georgia, Marybeth Santoro of Johns Creek, Georgia, and Samantha (Thomas) Davenport of Auburn, Georgia, as well as her six grandchildren.  Flanigan Funeral Home in Buford, Georgia is serving the family.
