It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Sung Kook Choi, who left us on June 24, 2024, at the age of 37. He was a beloved son and brother who touched the lives of many with his kindness, generosity, and spirit.

His relentless determination, work ethic, and pursuit of excellence in all aspects of life kept everyone around him motivated. Born in South Korea, he moved to Orlando, Florida, at the age of 15, where he was loved by family friends from his school and church. He then moved to Alabama and shortly after, to Georgia, where he loved living and wished to be with all his family.

He lived a life filled with love for people, bringing joy to those around him. With his wit and kindness, he made everyone feel valued and cherished. While we mourn his passing, we also take time to celebrate and honor his life on July 1, 2024, at 11 AM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel.

As he embarks on his journey, leaving behind a legacy of love, warmth, and positive influence on all of us, he remains in our hearts forever. His warmth and love will continue to guide us in our lives.

We pray that his spirit continues to inspire us all and that his diligence and goodness continue to teach those of us who remain in this world.
