Enoch Colbert Pruitt

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Enoch Colbert Pruitt, age 83, of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest Wednesday August 7, 2024. Mr. Pruitt was born in Jefferson, Georgia the son of the late Henry Pruitt and the late Lillie Mae Wright Pruitt Seabolt. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by a brother, Luke Pruitt and a sister, Dot Stockton.

Mr. Pruitt was a car salesman, enjoyed playing golf and giving of his time to people who needed help.

Survivors include two sons, Stephen Pruitt of Jefferson, GA and Nathan Pruitt of Pendergrass, GA. One grandson, Seth Morgan of Pendergrass, GA. Brother, Lewis Pruitt of Lake City, FL. He is also survived by his friend and mother of his children, Pat Lucas of Lake City, FL.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM Tuesday August 13, 2024 in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10 A.M. until time of service at 12 P.M. at Evans Funeral Home with Pastor Randall Hulsey officiating with burial in Pendergrass Baptist Church Cemetery.
