Randy Edward Grissom

Randy Edward Grissom, age 63, of Buford, GA, passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2024. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Grissom Anglin; sister, Pam Clack; step-father, Bobby Anglin; brother, Robbie Anglin. Mr. Grissom is survived by his wife of 13 years, Reda Samples Grissom of Buford, GA; children, Brandy (B.J.) Smith, Alayna Grissom, Randy Grissom, Jr.; step-daughters, Leslie (Timmy) Bennett, Suzanne (Samuel) O’Bryant; 11 grandchildren, Brody, Bayla, Deanna, Kendra, Dabo, Taylor, Shawn, Tyler, Cheyenne, Zoe, and Samantha; 6 great-grandchildren, Justin, Jeremy, Corey, Tinsley, Jaylynn, Azaryia; brothers, Jackie (Cheryl) Grissom, Sammy (Peggy) Grissom, Ricky (Sarah) Grissom; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Grissom was born on February 10, 1961 in Duluth, GA and graduated from Gwinnett High School in Suwanee, GA. He was a retired construction contractor and member of the First Pentecostal Church in Buford, GA. He loved fishing. A funeral service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 12, 2024 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home officiated by Pastor Jordan Copeland. Interment will follow the service at 6182 Mercy Pointe Tabernacle, Flowery Branch, GA. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 11 and from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 12, at Flanigan Funeral Home.
