Linda Elizabeth Giroux

Linda Elizabeth Giroux, age 79 of Braselton, GA passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024.

Born on December 2, 1944 in Mt. Vernon, NY, Mrs. Giroux was the daughter of the late Louis A. and Elizabeth Stevens Giovannetti. She was the widow of Edward J. Giroux, a homemaker, member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Buford, GA, and was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Giovannetti.

Linda grew up in Dobbs Ferry, NY and graduated from Dobbs Ferry High School in 1962 and married her beloved husband, Eddie, in September of 1966. They raised their two children in Buford, GA.

Survivors include a daughter, Tracey (Michael Toney) Caldwell; son, Kris (Brandie) Giroux; grandchildren, Preston Giroux, Aiden Giroux, Evan Giroux, Jack Caldwell, and Anna Caldwell.

A Celebration of Life will be held 1 pm on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Oakwood First United Methodist Church, 4315 Allen Street, Oakwood, GA 30566 with lunch and fellowship to follow in the fellowship hall.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Linda’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or Prince of Peach Catholic Church in Buford, GA.
