Mrs. Wanda Malette “Boochie” Wright-Daniels was born in Gainesville, Ga, Hall County on July 21, 1970, to Kathy Wright and Mr. and Mrs. Otis Lou Nell Fletcher. She graduated from Gainesville High School, class of 1989. Around 1992, she met the love of her life, Carles Daniels, Sr. in Gainesville, GA. In 2000, the family relocated to North Louisiana and the two were later married on August 19, 2009. Together they had two sons, Christopher Daniels and Carles Daniels, Jr. While living in North Caddo, La, Wanda was a dedicated mother, wife, saleswoman and entrepreneur. She was also a faithful member of Faith Christian Assembly Church under the leadership of the late Lee Howard. Wanda departed this world on August 10, 2024, at Piedmont Fayette Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kathy Wright, Otis and Lou Nell Fletcher; her husband, Carles Daniels, Sr; her mother and father- In-law, Willie and Elizabeth Daniels; and her brother-in-law, James Brooks. She leaves to cherish her memory her sons Chistopher Daniels and Carles Daniels, Jr (Atlanta, GA).; Brother, Antonio Wright (Tasha); A special Aunt, Evangelist Jackie Mays, Goddaughters, Nicole Thomas and Ta’Zariae Brooks, along with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Wimberly Funeral Home. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024,, at Wimberly Funeral Home between the hours of 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Family will receive friends between 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
