Gladys Louise Black

Mrs. Gladys Louise Black, 81, of Gainesville, passed away August 7, 2024 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2024 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home.  Rev. Drewery Loggins will officiate. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Saturday, September 7, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Born on October 20, 1942 in Gainesville, she was the daughter of the late J.F. and Ola Mae Irvin Brumbalow. She was retired from North Georgia Premium Outlet where she worked in Retail at the Hanes Store. Mrs. Black was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Black was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Douglas Black.

Mrs. Black is survived by her daughter, Melissa Gee of Gainesville and a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
