Henry “Hank” A. Grant

Henry “Hank” A. Grant, 82, of Gainesville, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2024 following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 11, 2024 at Timber Ridge Baptist Church. Rev. Charles Grant, Rev. Alvin Burns and Rev. Cody Ryals will officiate. Interment will be in Timber Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home Sunday, November 10, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Mr. Grant was born on December 15, 1942 in Gainesville, GA. He was self-employed as a contractor. Mr. Grant was a member of Timber Ridge Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Grant was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Standridge Grant and step sons, Robert Standridge and Roger Standridge.

Mr. Grant is survived by his step daughter, June Greene of Hendersonville, TN; son, Chad Grant of Cornelia; step sons and wives, Bobby and Angie Standridge of Cleveland, Ricky and Phyllis Standridge of Lula; step daughter in law, Debbie Standridge of Lula; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and other loving relatives.
