Melba Ree Hulsey

Melba Ree Hulsey, 77 of Gillsville died November 13, 2024 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center-Gainesville.

Services are planned for 2 pm Sunday November 17, 2024 in the Little Davenport Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Frankie Spivey will officiate and burial will follow in the Alta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday November 16 from 2 pm till 8 pm.

Melba was born March 5, 1947 in Dawsonville, Ga. to the late Franklin and Louise Phyfe Hulsey and she lived many years in the Gillsville area. She had worked along with her father and sister at Peachtree Windows and Doors and was of the baptist faith.

Survivors include her twin sister, Melva Ann Orr and two other sisters, Brenda Spivey and Juanita Hulsey, brother, Larry Hulsey, 6 nephews, 3 nieces as well as many other relatives and friends.
