William Ralph Brewer, Jr.

William Ralph Brewer, Jr., (Bill), age 69, of Nicholson, GA passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at Brookside Senior Living, Commerce, GA.

He was the son of the late William Ralph Brewer, Sr. and Wortie Lee Brewer. In addition to his parents, Mr. Brewer was preceded in death by his loving wife of 43 years, Phyllis Kay Brewer, and sister, Sandra (Huey) Andrews.

Mr. Brewer spent many years serving others in his community as a Paramedic and enjoyed traveling with his wife upon his retirement.

Survivors include a daughter, Melissa Brewer (Greg) Martin of Nicholson; and four granddaughters, Makenzie Martin, Addy Grace Martin, Helana Brock, and Summer Marie.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Brookside Senior Living of Commerce and Agape Hospice for the care and love that they have shown to our family.

A memorial service will be held at 3 pm Sunday, December 1, 2024 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Martin officiating. A private burial will follow at Jackson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2 pm until the funeral hour Sunday at the funeral home.
