Ernest Charles Trammell, Jr.

Mr. Ernest Charles Trammell, Jr., age 81, of Commerce, GA died Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center. Mr. Trammell was born in Charleston, SC to the late Ernest Charles, Sr. and Eunice Buchann Trammell. He was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church and retired from the USDA Soil Conservation Service as a civil engineer. Mr. Trammell was a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Mr. Trammell is survived by his wife, Brenda Kaye Storey Trammell of Commerce; daughters, Sarah Kaye Trammell and Ruth Anne McQuerry (Jason) both of Commerce; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1 PM, Wednesday, December 11 graveside at Luthersville City Cemetery with Rev. Winston Skinner officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM.
