Dorothy “Dot” Edwards Campbell

Dorothy “Dot” Edwards Campbell, age 83, of Monticello, GA (formerly of Tucker, GA), passed away on Monday, January 20, 2025. Mrs. Campbell was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Edgar Campbell; sons, Dwayne Campbell, and Glenn Campbell. She is survived by her sons, Michael (Tricia Giles) Campbell, and Darrell Campbell; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Campbell was born May 12, 1941 in Cedartown, GA. She was a 1959 graduate of Northside High School, Atlanta, GA. Mrs. Campbell retired from General Service Administration of the U.S. Government. She was a member of Underwood Methodist Church in Atlanta, GA.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA with Dr. Bill Coates officiating. Interment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Garden, Duluth, GA. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. until at 11:30 a.m. at the Funeral Home.
