John "J.T." Trammell Trammell

John “J.T.” Trammell, age 84, of Cleveland, passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2025.

Mr. Trammell was born on May 14, 1940, in Sautee, Georgia, to the late Edward and Rena Trammell.  John was a graduate of Cornelia Regional Highschool and a veteran of the United States Air Force having served during the Vietnam War.

John had several jobs, including working for Reeds and Barron’s Used Cars.  He finished his working career as a delivery driver for Holland Produce. John was a lifelong member of Bean Creek Baptist Church.  He loved going to church and never met a stranger.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Hattie Trammell; grandson, Savon Williams; all 5 of his brothers and sister.

Survivors include his daughters, Monica Ingram (Franklin), Phyllis Trammell, and Missy Trammell; granddaughter, Imani Trammell; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Bean Creek Missionary Baptist Church.  Dr. Eugene Harbin will officiate.  Interment will follow in Bean Creek Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
