Robert E. Johnson Sr.

Ivie Funeral Home announces services for Robert E. Johnson Sr. age 94 of Commerce . Services 2 P.M. Friday from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Rev. Henry Webb officiating with burial in Jackson Memorial Park. The family will receive friends in the funeral home Friday from 12 P.M. until the funeral hour of 2 P.M.

Mr. Johnson was the son of the late Robert Arnold and Alma Johnson and was a retired truck driver starting his career with Sealtest Dairies then moving to Refridgated Transport and finishing with Richs.


Survivors include his wife Edna Tucker Johnson of Commerce, a son and daughter in law R.E. and Patricia Cobb Johnson of Gainesville and a daughter and son in law Cheryl and John B. Davis of Blue Ridge, Ga. 2 sisters Laverne Brewer and Vivian Johnson both of Fayetteville 5 grandchildren 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
