Jane Campbell Sayre

Jane Campbell Sayre died Sunday March 22, 2009 at her residence following an extended illness, she was born January 17, 1920 to Harry and Aura Campbell of Beaver Falls, Pa. and had been living in the Gainesville area since 1948, She was preceded in death by her husband - Vern A. Sayre and Daughter - Cathy Sayre. She along with her husband and son ran the Cake Box Bakery in Gainesville for many years, she was a champion Bridge Player and made beautiful Needlepoint pieces for family and friends. She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Gainesville and the Winsome Sunday School Class. She was a strong and independent lady all of her 89 years and will be missed by all who knew her.
