Evans Funeral Home announces the death of
Timothy Scott Nix, age 25, of Jefferson, who passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2009.

Scott, born in Jackson County, was a 2003 Graduate of Jefferson High School; owner of XXX Fencing Company; and a member of New Beginnings Pentecostal Outreach.
He was preceded in death by his father: David Hall; grandfather: Ronnie Nix; and grandmother: Sara Phillips.
Survivors include his wife: Brandy Nix; daughter, Carly Nix; mother and step-father, Connie and Mike Lynn; sister, Ashley Samples; step-brother, Jamie Lynn; and grandmother, Virginia Nix.


Funeral Services will be held 2;00 PM Thursday, April 02, 2009 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Pastor Wayne Norris officiating.

Interment will follow in the Woodbine Cemetery, Jefferson.

Serving as pallbearers will be the members of the 2003 Jefferson High School Wrestling Team.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Scott Nix Memorial Fund, c/o Community Bank and Trust, 71 Memorial Drive, Jefferson, Georgia 30549.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday April 01, 2009 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
