Louise W. Davis

Mrs. Louise W. Davis, age 84, a native and life long resident of Cumming, passed away Friday, May 8, 2009 following an extended illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Clerance Davis and daughter, Martha Elizabeth Nelson.



Survivors include her grandchildren, Malissa R. and Danny Parks of Cleveland, Michael J. and Cammie Ramey of Canton, Michelle and Glenn Ledford of Lawrenceville and Samuel E. Nelson and Cassandra Frost of Jefferson; 12 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild; brother and sister-in-law, Marvin and Yvette Whitmire of South Carolina; step daughter, Mary Helen Stanford of Cumming; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.



Funeral services will be held Monday, May 11th at 2:00 pm at Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. Bo Thompson and Rev. Travis Bridgeman officiating. Interment will follow in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Saturday, May 9th from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Sunday, May 10th from 6:00 pm until 9:00pm.



In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
