George Franklin Christian

Mr. George Franklin Christian, age 68, of Commerce, GA, passed away on May 9, 2009. Mr. Christian was born on June 14, 1940 in Tennessee, a son to the late Asa and Vergi Smith Christian. He was the owner of a business which installed steel buildings. He was preceded in death by 6 brothers and 1 sister.

Survivors include daughter and son in law, Sandy and Allen Kelley, Nicholson; son and daughter in law, Robert and Kellee Christian, Suwanee; Sisters, Frankie Woods, Rosie Waterpool, Sara Dobbs, Clyde Stanifer, Marie Russell, Charlene George, Brothers, James Christian, Stewart Christian, Darrell Christian; Granddaughters, Shanna Echols, Makaylee Christian.

Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. from the Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Mike Phillips officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 9 â
