Cecil E. Ladd, 68, formerly of Atlanta, passed away Sunday May 17, 2009 at St. Joseph Hospital in Tampa, FL.
He is survived by a sister and brother-in-law Juanita & David Gentry, Tucker, GA, nephew Chip Gentry, Dallas, TX, niece Staci Sletten, Dacula, GA, great niece Madison Henson, Dacula, GA. two sons, Bryan Ladd and Jonathan Ladd.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, May 22, 2009, at Sardis Baptist Church, Sardis Road, Gainesville, GA. Rev. Mac Palmer, Hebron Baptist Church, will officiate.
