Charles Thomas Mealor

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Charles Thomas Mealor, age 59 of Jefferson, who passed away on Monday, May 18, 2009. Mr. Mealor was born on May 15, 1950 in Jackson County, a son to the late Stewart and Mary Lee Savage Mealor. Mr. Mealor was in heating and air and was a member of the New Beginnings Outreach Church.

He is survived by a sister, Joann Bryan of Sylacauga, AL and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 22, 2009 at 11:00am at the Graveside in the Riverside Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Wayne Norris will officiate and the visitation will be held Thursday from 5-7pm at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the New Beginnings Outreach Church, 79 Dickson Rd., Jefferson, GA 30549.
