Gladys Bearden

Gladys Bearden, 92, of Alpharetta died Tuesday June 16, 2009 at North Fulton Regional Hospital following a period of declining health.

Born July 19, 1916 in Dawson County to the late John and Melinda Bearden, she moved to Calhoun at an early age and has lived in Fulton County for the past 60 years. Gladys retired from Avon after over 25 years of service and was also preceded in death by sisters, Minnie Thompson, Ella Moss, and brothers, Homer Bearden, Boyd Bearden, Carl Bearden, Grady Bearden and Silvey Bearden.

Surviving are a host of generations of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
