Ruth Beck Fitzpatrick

Mrs. Ruth Beck Fitzpatrick, age 93, of Commerce, GA died Saturday, August 29, 2009 at BJC Nursing Home. Mrs. Fitzpatrick was born in Banks County to the late Henry and Zula Wood Beck. She was a member of Union Baptist Church and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Fitzpatrick was preceded in death by her husband, O.B. Fitzpatrick.
Mrs. Fitzpatrick is survived by her daughters, Lois Sergent and Louise Seagraves both of Commerce; sons, Aubrey Fitzpatrick of Commerce and Donald Ivie of Jackson; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11 AM, Monday, August 31, at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Douglas Duncan and Rev. Henry Webb officiating. Interment will follow in Wesley Chapel Community Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday night from 7-9 PM.
