Agnes Anderson Weeks

Agnes Anderson Weeks, 96, died on September 10, 2009, at The Olive Branch Personal Care Home, in Braselton, GA surrounded by family and caregivers.

Born December 4, 1912, in Knox Run, PA, Mrs. Weeks was a Professional Registered Nurse, having served as executive director of the Florida and Pennsylvania Nurses Associations, assistant executive director of the American Nurses Association, and President of the American Nurses Foundation. She was a founder of the Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart, FL, where she made her home for over 30 years after she retired. She had resided in Northeast Georgia for nine years. Agnes was a long-time member of St. Maryâ
