Russell Robert Gable

Funeral services for , Russell Robert Gable, age 22 of Clermont. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday October 7,2009 in Mount Olive Baptist Church. Mr. Gable will lie in state at the church from 1:30 to 2:00 p.m.. The Rev. David Skinner and The Rev. Larry Watkins will officiate. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday October 6,2009 at the funeral home. Mr. Gable died October 3,2009 from a motorcycle accident. Mr. Gable was a welder and was a graduate of North Georgia Technical School Program. He was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church. Russ was a people person who never met a stranger and was always the first to offer a helping hand, he loved life his family and his friends. He liked nothing more than hopping on his bike and going to hang out with friends. He is survived by his parents, Robert and Shirley Gable of Clermont and his sister , Kristi Gable of Murrayville, his Grandfather Joseph Gable of Gainesville. Strickland Funeral Home, Clermont.
