Lewis H. McDaniel

Lewis H. McDaniel age 81 of Monroe passed away Oct. 30, 2009 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.



Mr. McDaniel was born Nov. 10, 1927 in Barrow County, but lived in Monroe for a number of years. He was a farmer and was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice McDaniel.



Survivors include: sons, Jack McDaniel, Charles McDaniel, and Jerry McDaniel. 5 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren also survive.



The family will receive friends from Noon until 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.



Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday at the Alta Vista Cemetery with Dr. Ken Barrett officiating.
