Bobby Wallace

Bobby Wallace, 71, of Dawsonville died Tuesday November 10, 2009 at his residence following a period of declining health.

Born August 8, 1938, Mr. Wallace was a lifelong resident of Dawson County. He retired as Supervisor of Security at North Georgia Premium Outlet Mall. Prior to working there Mr. Wallace was a truck driver for Hydratane LP Gas Company, and owned and operated B&G Grocery, Wallace Corner, and Wallace Auto Parts. He was preceded in death by a son, Nick Wallace, and father, General Wallace.

Surviving are his wife of 48 years, Jo Wallace, Dawsonville; sons, Scott Wallace, Dawsonville, Bobby Wallace, Dawsonville; mother, Mabel Wallace, Dawsonville; sister and brother in law, Betty and Robert Rice, Dawsonville; and grandchildren, Lauren Wallace, Megan Wallace, Amy Wallace, Madison Wallace, and Cameron Wallace. A number of other relatives also survive.
