Mildred Westray

Mrs. Mildred Westray, age 89 of Cumming, passed away Thursday, November 19, 2009. Mrs. Westray was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gober and Ida Mae Whitmire; brothers, Albert and Jimmy Whitmire; son-in-law, Keith Wolfe; sister-in-law, Arlene Bennett.



Survivors include her husband, Leonard Westray of Cumming; children, Betty Wolfe of Dacula, Larry and Judy Westray of Cumming, Janice and Charles Walls of Cumming; sisters and brother-in-law, Lou and Jim Merritt of Cleveland, Ernestine Bennett of Gainesville; brother and sister-in-law, L. D. and Ann Whitmire of Gainesville; brother-in-law, Tommy Westray of Cumming; sisters-in-laws, Barbara Hamby, Nell Welch both of Cumming; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and special friends also survive.



Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 21st at 4:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Bennett, Rev. Vernie Worley, Rev. Wilson Pruitt and Rev. Hughlan Cochran officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Friday from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. and Saturday from 9:00 am until hour of service.
