Mrs. F. Patsy Stowers, 72 of Sardis Road, Gainesville died Monday December 7, 2009 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
A lifelong resident of Hall County, Mrs. Stowers was the daughter of the late Ferd Andrew and Mary Lou Adams Parks. She was retired from the North Hall High School where she worked in the lunchroom for a number of years. She was a member of the Gillsville Baptist Church. Mrs. Stowers is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Curtis Stowers.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law; Mike and Cindy Stowers, Nicholson; Tim and Nancy Stowers, Murrayville; Scott and Perin Stowers, Gainesville; Matt and Amanda Stowers, Murrayville; 8 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild. sister; Margaret Stowers, Norcross; brother and sister-in-law; Bobby and Lorita Parks, Buford; brother-in-law; and sister-in-law; Clyde and Gladys Stowers, Gainesville and a host of other relatives.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday December 10, 2009 at the Harmony Baptist Church in Dawson County. Rev. Mike Stowers and Rev. Matt Stowers will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday December 8th and 9th, 2009 at the Little & Davenport Funeral Home.
