Mrs. Betty Sue Watson Saine, 66, of Post White Hill Road, Murrayville (Lumpkin County) died Thursday, January 7, 2010 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
A native of Hall County, Mrs. Saine was the daughter of the late Royce "Roy" and Callie Ward Watson. She was retired from Spring Industry and Gilford Mills.
Survivors include her husband, Loy Alton Saine, Murrayville; daughter and son-in-law, Angie and Jeff Williams, Gainesville; daughter, Tammy Turner, Gainesville; son, Scott Saine, Gainesville; grandchildren; Jeffrey and Jessica Williams, Ashley Martin, Nicholas Williams, Hannah Turner, all of Gainesville, Montana Saine and Hunter Saine, both of Cleveland; great-grandchildren, Luke Martin and Jonah Williams; sister and brother-in-law, Patsy and Alfred Sullens, Flowery Branch; brother, Earl Watson, Gainesville; brothers and sisters-in-law, Phillip and Lynn Watson, Gainesville; Terry and Stacey Watson, Gainesville; a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 10, 2010 in the Little & Davenport Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Danny Newbern will officiate. Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery #2 in Lumpkin County. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 9, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and again from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
