Baby Addison Tess Meeks of Cumming, passed away Monday, January 25, 2010.
Survivors include her parents, Amanda and Casey Meeks of Cumming; grandparents, Shanty and Barbara Meeks and Edward and Mary Ann Callahan all of Cumming; great-grandparents, Carolyn Mathews of Dawsonville, Frances Lansford - Humphey of LaGrange, Ivey Pruitt of Canton, Grady Callahan and Janie Nichols of Cumming; uncles and aunts, Andy and Lori Meeks of Roswell, Shanny Meeks and children, Kelsie and Kinlie, Justin & Rena Land and Ryan Callahan all of Cumming; numerous other relatives also survive.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 1:00 pm in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Edmondson and Rev. Alan Still officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 28th from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Friday, January 29th from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm and Saturday, January 30th from 9:00 am until hour of service.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Angel Addison Fund at any Wachovia Bank.
