Jeanette Atkins Reed

Funeral services will be held on at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at Oakwood First United Methodist Church for Jeanette Atkins Reed, 70 of Oakwood. The Rev. Glen Parish and Rev. Randall Reed will officiate. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Little & Davenport Funeral Home on Monday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday morning.

Born in Hall County she was the daughter of the late James L. and Jennie Peck Atkins. She was employed at General Motors in Doraville in the Trim shop. She was a member of Oakwood First United Methodist Church.





She is survived by her husband, Hugh Reed of Oakwood; sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Sandra Reed, Cam and Sandra Reed, Steve and Angie Reed all of Oakwood; sister, Betty Savage of Oakwood; grandchildren, Shannon and Laura, Brett, Tyler, Brooke, Cody, Cali, and her church and the Bill Anderson Fan Club family, a number of nieces and nephews and a special friend.
