Clara Mae (Harper) Glasper

Mrs. Clara Mae (Harper) Glasper, age 93 of Flowery Branch, Georgia passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2010.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, February 27, 2010 at New Life Missionary Baptist Church in Gainesville with interment to follow in Memorial Park South Cemetery. The Reverend L.C. Teasley and Reverend Howard Bailey will officiate. The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm Friday, February 26, 2010 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Glasper was born in Hall County and was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Harper. She loved her family and grandchildren, cooking, baking and fishing. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Lugene Glasper; son, Danny Boy Glasper.

Mrs. Glasper is survived by her son, Lugene Glasper, Jr.; daughter, Mary ( James) Young; daughter, Ada (Cecil) Stringer; daughter, Betty (Terry) Rowe; son, Thomas (Sally Ann) Glasper; son, Kenneth (Joseline) Glasper; brother, Jody (Evelyn) Harper; 20 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
