Ivie Funeral Home announces services for Clarence Parr, 69, of Maysville who died on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at Athens Regional Medical Center. Born in Jackson County, he was the son of the late William Richard and Tilda Collins Parr. He was married to Bonnie Parr of the residence.
Survivors, along with his wife, include children , Debra Parr, Dwayne and Cyndi Parr and Richard and Danah Parr, all of Maysville; sister, Bonnie Mae Redmon of Commerce and Hazel Echols of Maysville; brothers, Jerry Parr and Bernice Parr, both of Maysville; 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Clarence Parr will be conducted on Friday, March 19th at 3:00pm from the Solid Rock Baptist Church in Maysville with Revs. Swayne Carlan and Winfred Bingham officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening, March 18th, from 6:00 to 9:00pm.
