Ruth Mae Sawyer

Ruth Mae Sawyer, 81, of Flowery Branch passed away Friday March 19, 2010 at Peachtree Plantation nursing home following an extended illness.



Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 24, 2010 at 3:00pm from the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Phillips officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2pm-3pm at the funeral home.



Miss. Sawyer was born June 8, 1928 in the Bahamas to the late Henry and Ena Majorie Lowe Sawyer. She was an accountant and office manager for Nassua Stop Shop and of the Brethern faith.



She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law Uel and Merla Sawyer of Flowery Branch, brother John M. Sawyer of Spring Hill FL., nephew Ricardo B. Sawyer of Gainesville, nephew and wife Steven and Lena Sawyer of Huntington NY., 2 step nephews and 1 step niece.
