Uriel W. Hadley, age 51, of Cornelia passed away Friday, March 19, 2010, at Stephens County Hospital following a brief illness.
Born in Pohnpei, Micronesia on February 10, 1959, he was the son of the late Wehr Hadley and Setty Albert. He was employed at Toccoa Nursing Center.
Surviving are wife, Yobita Pedro of Cornelia; daughters, Molina Hadley, Judy Daniel Hadley and Dania Kasey Hadley of Cornelia, Eliza Pelep and Roseleen Hadley of Michigan; son, Jake Dylan Pedro of Cornelia; sister, Sheliter Hadley of Knoxville, TN; brother, Wainrick Hadley of Kansas City, MO, four grandchildren and former wife, Agnes Pelep of Michigan.
Funeral services are 4:00 pm Saturday, March 27, 2010, at the chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart with Rev. Truman Abraham officiating. Interment will follow at a later date in Pohnpei, Micronesia. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 pm until the service hour.
